EigenFlame is already out: a hierarchical memory architecture for local LLMs that compresses experience upward through dimensional layers, weighted by Pascal's triangle. No cloud. No API key. Just a machine that remembers differently.
A persistent, hierarchical self-model for local LLMs. Episodes become beliefs, beliefs become identity, identity becomes archetype. Higher layers exert gravitational pull on every retrieval. The result is a system that doesn't just remember what was said — it distils what things meant.
